Terms of Use

The Site describes our services and provides a way for prospective clients to get in touch. The build price shown on the Site is the all-inclusive price for the website build as scoped at signing; optional add-on services (such as logo design) are listed and priced separately. Ongoing management is a separate monthly package, the rate for which is disclosed before any engagement begins.

Booking a discovery call through our scheduling calendar does not create a business relationship or any obligation on either party.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of the Site’s content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or malicious code through the Site.

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to Aleksandar Lalić trading as Actera Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Nothing on the Site transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Web design, development, and management services are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement entered into before any project begins. These Terms of Use do not apply to, and do not modify, any such project agreement.

The Site embeds a scheduling calendar provided by Cal.com. Your use of that calendar is subject to Cal.com’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services linked to or embedded in the Site.

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aleksandar Lalić trading as Actera Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Site. Our total liability for any claim arising solely from your use of this Site shall not exceed €100. This section applies to the Site only and does not limit liability under any separate project agreement.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Serbia, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
