Actera Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trading name operated by Aleksandar Lalić. We operate the website at acterastudios.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have. We are based in Serbia and comply with Serbia’s Law on Personal Data Protection (“ZZPL”), which closely follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). If you are located in the EU or EEA, the GDPR applies to our processing of your data.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we collect
Booking data
Our contact page embeds a scheduling calendar provided by Cal.com. If you book a discovery call, any information you enter (name, email, notes) is collected and stored by Cal.com directly, subject to Cal.com’s Privacy Policy. We receive a notification email with your booking details.
Analytics data
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect aggregate, anonymized data about how visitors use this Site — including pages visited, referrers, browser type, device type, and general geographic region. This data does not identify you personally.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We rely on the following sub-processors to operate this Site. Each is contractually bound to process data only as instructed and to implement appropriate security measures.

5. International data transfers
All of our sub-processors are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data from Serbia or the EU/EEA to these providers are made under appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable. By using this Site, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in the United States.
6. Data retention
Booking details received from Cal.com are retained in our inbox for as long as necessary to conduct the call and any resulting engagement, and for any applicable legal retention period thereafter. Analytics data collected through Vercel is retained according to Vercel’s own retention schedule.
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
This Site does not use cookies to track you or for advertising. The Cal.com booking calendar may set short-lived session cookies if you interact with it; these are necessary for the booking flow to function. Our analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) are cookieless and collect only aggregate, non-identifying data. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data where there is no overriding legal reason to keep it.

9. Children's privacy
This Site is not directed at children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted their data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and working with reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take the protection of your data seriously.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
